Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.
• Medication Management: Help clients manage their medications as prescribed.
• Daily Living Activities: Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Mobility Assistance: Aid clients in moving around safely within their homes.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse or manager.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to follow care plans and instructions.Compassionate and patient demeanor. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices.
